Tojiro Pro Slicer 27cm AA1708 We developed the Hunter ProThe PRO series is the knife you see in commercial kitchens, and the reason is the handle. It is 18 8 stainless steel, formed as one piece with no timber, no rivets and no seam where the blade meets the grip. Nothing traps moisture or food, and it can be sterilised in hot water without a second thought. TOJIRO textures it with what they call a tornado pattern so it holds grip through wet and greasy hands. The blade is the same three layer construction
